Payment Options

Participants must pay the event fees within 7 days by bank transfer. Non-payment records are invalid-except for those that attempt administration. Full access to the event includes: main sessions (presentations & Panel discussions.) access, access to exhibition space, free tea & coffee breaks and lunch.

Cancellation and Return Conditions

Cancellations must be made in writing. February October 1, 2019 – February 7, 2020, cancellations are refunded. Any cancellation after 7 February 2020 is non-refundable. Failure to pay or attend the event does not mean cancellation. If, for any reason, EFF Organization Limited decides to cancel or postpone this event, EFF Organization Limited is not responsible for covering airline tickets and other travel expenses incurred by customers. If the EFF cancels or postpones this event for any reason, you receive 100% of the contract price paid. The EFF Organization Limited Company shall not be liable for such refunds when it is obliged to cancel or postpone the event for any natural disaster or similar cause. Age Policy

No one under the age of 18 is allowed to register or participate in the activities of Eff Organization Limited.
