Huawei

We have been operating as a strategic partner for Huawei's Digital Power product group since 2013. We bring Huawei technologies to our customers in modular UPS systems, modular and outdoor containerized data centers, and precision cooling solutions. As part of Huawei's evaluations, ARTronic has been certified as a “4-Star Service Partner” since 2013.

AEG Power Solutions

We operate as the Türkiye solution partner of AEG Power Solutions GmbH, which has more than 75 years of experience in industrial power solutions. Since 1999, we have been providing sales, technical service, and spare parts support in Türkiye for AEG uninterruptible power supplies, rectifiers, and inverter systems.

Advanced Energy

Our Türkiye partnership with Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. began in 2014. Within the AE Thyro product family, we provide sales, technical service, and spare parts support for thyristor power control solutions ranging from 8 A to 2900 A.

With 4 Mobile Service Regions, more than 30 Regional Technical Service Centers holding TSE 12643 Service Qualification Certificates across all 81 provinces of Türkiye, and more than 60 technical service points in total, we provide comprehensive maintenance and technical service support.

In addition, through our 24/7 Technical Support Line and WhatsApp Support Line, we aim to be there for our customers whenever they need assistance.
